1. Terms & Conditions

1.1. General

These Terms apply to all sales of mining devices, batteries, and solar inverters offered by ECO-LAND Sp. z o.o. and Cobalt Finch Ltd.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding contract.

1.2. Contract and Payment

• A sales agreement must be signed before any payment is made.

• Orders are processed only after a signed contract and verified payment are received.

• Payments are accepted in EUR or USD via approved methods listed in the agreement.

1.3. Delivery

• All shipments are dispatched from Poland (EU).

• Standard delivery time: 14 to 31 calendar days after payment confirmation.

• Customers receive tracking details upon dispatch.

• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

1.4. Risk & Liability

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the order.

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1. Eligibility

Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

• Equipment arrives defective or damaged;

• Incorrect item was shipped;

• Order canceled before dispatch, in accordance with the signed contract.

4.2. Return Process

• Contact info@ekboost.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

• Returns without prior authorization are not accepted.

4.3. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned product is inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Warranty Policy

5.1. Standard Warranty

All products include a manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months), as detailed in your signed contract.

5.2. Exclusions

Warranty does not apply to:

• Improper installation or use

• Unauthorized modifications

• Damage caused by electrical surges or accidents

5.3. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, email info@ekboost.com with:

• Order ID

• Description of the issue

• Supporting photos or documentation

We will coordinate with the manufacturer to repair or replace the defective item.

6. Shipping Policy

• Origin: Poland (EU)

• Delivery time: 14–31 days after payment confirmation

• Carriers: Trusted European and international partners

• Tracking: Provided via email after dispatch

Customs and import fees outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
The Company is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or logistics partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, delivery delays, or profit loss.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value paid by the client.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Poland (EU jurisdiction).
